How do I know the size I need?

Please refer to the size guides included in every press on set available online.

Alternatively, you can purchase a sizing sample pack from our extras menu to ensure a perfect fit.

For ready to wear as well as sizing, you can order an Empress Basic set which comes with 20 nails. You can wear them and record your sizes for future orders!

How long do nails stay on?

Wear time will depend on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are on your hands, and your choice of adhesive. With nail tabs you can wear them for a day or two, or even just a few hours for a photo shoot or special occasion. With nail glue, you can wear them for 1-3 weeks. If you remove your set properly, the nails can be cleaned and re-used multiple times. Detailed application instructions are included with every order.

Do you have any tips on how to extend the wear time of my press on nails?

The most important step is nail prep! in addition, you can use an acid free primer and a dehydrator for maximum adhesion, These are the same products nail technicians use before gel or acrylic application. You can also try BOTH nail tabs and glue together. First apply nail tabs, then apply glue over the tabs or on the back of the press on nail. This dual adhesion combo can extend the wear time.

Are press on nails reusable?

Yes, when using nail tabs, the press on nails are reusable. If you are using glue, the nail glue must be filed off of the press on after removal. An inexpensive electric nail file will gently buff away built up glue, allowing for many more wears.

What if the nails I purchased do not fit?

Due to the handmade nature of our made to order press on nails, we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We have sizing samples pack available, as well as a size guide to help you find the perfect fit. If only one or two nails do not fit, we suggest purchasing our replacement nail option from our extras menu.

How strong are the nails?

We use the best tips available made from gel, rather than regular plastic tips. The nails have multiple coats of gel polish, many sets also have a layer of hard gel which makes them strong and flexible.

Do you offer custom designs?

Absolutely! If you have a nail inspo-pic, or idea, just fill out the contact us info at the bottom of each page so we can chat about ideas! We do not copy anyone’s exact designs, but can definitely use your picture as inspiration.

How many nails come in a set?

All sets come with a full set of 10 nails in the sizes you select. Additional nails will cost more per nail. You can add accent nails in our shop press on section.

What comes with my nails?

All full press on sets come with a mini nail file, buffer, cuticle stick, 2 alcohol prep pads, glue, nail tabs, and application/removal instructions.

How long does shipping take?

Nail sets take approximately 3-5 days to create. Larger orders will take longer, as all designs are custom made by hand. All nail orders are completed in the order in which they are received.

Where do you ship to?

We are based in Dubai UAE and can offer next day (upon completion) delivery within the Emirate. Other Emirates will typically take 2-3 days shipping. International orders are welcome too! Shipping time and cost will be calculated for each specific case.
